03

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on our website is accurate, clear, and up to date.

Product photographs, colours, materials, dimensions, technical illustrations, and completed projects are presented for general informational purposes. Differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, material variations, product improvements, or individual project requirements.

Information published on the website does not automatically constitute a binding offer or guarantee unless expressly confirmed in writing by IRFA Roloder.

04

Quotations and Proposals

Quotations are prepared based on the information, measurements, specifications, drawings, photographs, and requirements available at the time they are issued.

A quotation may include:

  • Product type and technical specifications;
  • Dimensions and selected materials;
  • Colours, finishes, and accessories;
  • Estimated production period;
  • Delivery and installation services;
  • Price and payment conditions;
  • Quotation validity period;
  • Additional project-specific conditions.

A quotation is valid only for the period specified in the document. After that period, prices, availability, production times, and other conditions may be revised.

05

Measurements and Specifications

Accurate measurements and technical specifications are essential for the production and installation of custom-made products.

When measurements are completed by IRFA Roloder, they will be used as the basis for production, subject to the agreed project requirements.

When the customer provides measurements, drawings, plans, or specifications, the customer is responsible for confirming that the information is complete and accurate.

Important

IRFA Roloder is not responsible for production or installation issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect measurements supplied by the customer or a third party.

06

Orders and Confirmation

An order becomes binding after the customer approves the quotation or order details and fulfils any required advance payment or other confirmation conditions.

Before confirming an order, the customer must review:

  • Product type and quantity;
  • Dimensions and technical specifications;
  • Materials, colours, and finishes;
  • Opening direction and operating method;
  • Accessories and optional components;
  • Delivery and installation requirements;
  • Price and payment schedule.

Confirmation of an order means that the customer accepts the listed specifications and authorizes IRFA Roloder to begin procurement, preparation, or production.

07

Custom-Made Products

Many IRFA Roloder products are manufactured according to the customer’s individual measurements, selected materials, colours, technical specifications, and project requirements.

These products are considered personalized or custom-made and may not be suitable for resale or installation at another location.

Custom-made orders

Once production or material preparation has started, custom-made products cannot normally be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded because of a change of mind.

This restriction does not remove any rights that the customer may have under applicable law when a product is defective or materially different from the confirmed order.

08

Prices and Payment

Prices are stated in the relevant quotation, order confirmation, invoice, or contract.

The total price may depend on:

  • Product dimensions and quantity;
  • Materials, finishes, and colours;
  • Selected motors, controls, or accessories;
  • Project complexity;
  • Delivery location;
  • Installation requirements;
  • Additional construction or preparation work.

An advance payment or deposit may be required before materials are ordered or production begins. The applicable amount and payment schedule will be stated in the quotation or order documentation.

The customer must make payments within the agreed deadlines. Delayed payment may result in postponed production, delivery, installation, or completion of the project.

09

Order Changes and Cancellation

Any request to change or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible.

Changes are subject to approval and may result in:

  • A revised price;
  • A new production schedule;
  • Additional material or labour costs;
  • Changes to delivery or installation dates;
  • Technical modifications to the project.

If materials have already been ordered, prepared, or processed, the customer may be responsible for the costs already incurred.

A custom-made order may not be cancelled after production has started unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

10

Production and Completion Times

Production, delivery, and installation times are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Completion times may be affected by:

  • Product and material availability;
  • Project complexity or technical changes;
  • Late customer approvals or payments;
  • Site readiness and accessibility;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Transportation or supplier delays;
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

IRFA Roloder will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the estimated period and will communicate significant changes where possible.

11

Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation are included only when expressly stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

The customer must ensure that the installation location is accessible, safe, and prepared for the agreed work.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing safe and timely access to the property;
  • Removing objects that obstruct the work area;
  • Informing us of concealed cables, pipes, or structural risks;
  • Ensuring that required permissions have been obtained;
  • Ensuring that walls, openings, and supporting structures are suitable for installation;
  • Providing electricity or other agreed site facilities where necessary.

Additional work caused by unsuitable site conditions or undisclosed obstacles may be charged separately.

12

Inspection and Defects

The customer should inspect the products and completed work within a reasonable period after delivery or installation.

Visible damage, missing components, incorrect specifications, or installation concerns should be reported promptly and supported by relevant information or photographs where possible.

IRFA Roloder must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the reported issue before another party repairs, removes, modifies, or replaces the product.

Failure to provide an opportunity for inspection may affect our ability to determine the cause of the issue or provide an appropriate solution.

13

Warranty

Any applicable warranty period and conditions will be stated in the quotation, invoice, warranty document, product documentation, or applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, warranty coverage does not normally include damage caused by:

  • Improper use or operation;
  • Failure to follow maintenance instructions;
  • Unauthorized repair or modification;
  • Accidental or intentional damage;
  • Electrical problems or power fluctuations;
  • Structural movement or building defects;
  • Extreme weather or external physical impact;
  • Normal wear and tear.

Warranty service may require inspection of the product and installation location.

14

Returns and Refunds

Standard, unused products may be eligible for return only when this is agreed by IRFA Roloder and permitted under applicable law.

Returned products must normally be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original condition.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot normally be returned, exchanged, or refunded when they have been manufactured according to the confirmed measurements and specifications.

If a product is confirmed to be defective or materially different from the agreed order, IRFA Roloder may, depending on the circumstances and applicable law:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the affected component;
  • Correct the installation;
  • Provide another appropriate remedy;
  • Issue a partial or full refund where required.
15

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IRFA Roloder will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from:

  • Improper use of a product;
  • Unauthorized modification or repair;
  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer;
  • Unsuitable installation conditions;
  • Failure to follow operating instructions;
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16

Force Majeure

IRFA Roloder will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flooding, war, civil disturbance, strikes, government restrictions, supply shortages, transportation disruption, utility failures, or similar circumstances.

Where possible, we will inform the customer and make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact of the event.

19

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our website, products, services, business practices, or legal obligations.

The updated version will be published on this page together with a revised “Last updated” date.

Terms applicable to a confirmed order will normally be those accepted when the order was confirmed, unless a change is required by law or agreed by both parties.

20

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Kosovo, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any disagreement through good-faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be submitted to the competent authorities or courts in accordance with applicable law.
